He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Guffey and Lizzie Mae Rollins Guffey; and his wife Rebecca Coffelt Guffey. He is survived by: his son Keith Guffey; his siblings, Joy Wilson, Betty Frazier, Ray, Richard and James H. Guffey; his half-brother Ralph Rollins; his children, Tonya Forsyth (Roy), Venessa Cleek (Dean) and James "Rooster" Guffey (Kristie); his daughter-in-law Amy Guffey (Greg McBee); his grandchildren, Eric (Christy), Sarah (Jason), Crystal, Brandon (Catrina), Kristin (Spencer), Joshua (Rebecca), Savannah (Michael), Lyndsey (Jordon), Chandler (Madison), Trevin, Anya (Aiden) and Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Brextyn, Cason, Easton, Sadie, Addie, Marina, Elijah, Isaiah, Haven, Kensley, Neyland, Zeke, Jude and Elyce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
