She was predeceased by: her parents, John Armfield Creighton and Mable Mildred Hobbs Creighton. She is survived by: her husband Kelly Amos Higgins; her siblings, Betty Ruth Coffelt, Jack, John Jr. Creighton, Jimmy Creighton, Martha Carol Nolan (Lecil) and Bobby W. Creighton (Pat); and her sister-in-law Sue Creighton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews she loved.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home, Inc. (32871 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37365). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Browns Chapel Cemetery.
