He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Barricklow Lodge and Irma Louise Gillingham Lodge; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Emma Lodge and Dr. Stephen Long. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Michener Lodge; his children, Carrie Lodge Sage (Christopher) of Covington, TN and Jonathan David Lodge (Chelsea) of Paris; his siblings, Linda Long of North Canton, OH and Dr. John Lodge of Batesville, AR; his grandchildren, John Christopher Sage, Alessandra Claire Sage, Cabot Barricklow Lodge, Fern Elizabeth Lodge and Rosalie Louise Lodge; his siblings' children, Sarah Shetron (David), Dr. Rachel Baker (Clark), Rebekah Borah (Earl), Elisabeth Long and Dr. Joshua Long; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lydia, Charlotte, Stephanie, Genevieve Borah, Meredith, John, Michael Shetron, Grace and Arch Baker.
