He is survived by: his mother Tamera Gates Dicus-Green (Chris) of Paducah, KY; his children, Addison and Christopher; his siblings, Kristin Walters of Paducah, KY, Cheryl Forrest (Tim) of Puryear, TN, Tyler Walters of Lavinia, TN, Stephen Dicus (Kelly) of Henry, TN, Conrad, Luke and Isaac Green of Paducah, KY; his grandmother Faye Michael of Elkmont, AL; and his great-grandparent Faye Winsett of Huntingdon, TN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
