He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leslie Ferrell and Sallie Maloy Hudson; and his son Aaron Leslie. He is survived by: his son Benzel E. Ferrell II (Elizabeth); his wife Laura Fowler of Dearborn, MI.; and his grandsons, Jordan and Jacob A. Ferrell.
Together they did craft shows in several states with Ben selling his intricate woodworking and Laura her baskets until COVID hit in 2020.
