She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lowe and Robbie Thompson Lowe; her son Tracy Cleaver; and her sister Barbara Bowden. She is survived by: her daughter Paula Ragsdale of Bruceton, TN; her siblings, Sandra Newsome (Frelon) of Livingston, TX and Randall Lowe of Paris, TN; her brother-in-law John Cleaver; and her niece Stephanie Robison. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
