She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Wayne Smith; her parents, L. T. "Pete" Valentine and Bernice Hart Valentine; her son Larry Joe Smith; and her brothers, Jimmy Lee Valentine and Kenneth H. Valentine.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Kaltz (Robert) of Clarkston, MI and Terry Wayne Smith (Sally) of Paris; her siblings, Patricia "Pat" Holly (Gordon) of Jackson, TN, Mildred Moore of Paris, Franklin D. Valentine (Charlyne) of Paris and Barney K. Valentine (Brenda) of Puryear; her grandchildren, Ryan Kaltz (Mallory) and Amanda Kulik (Brent); and her great grandchildren, Drew Kaltz, Eli Kaltz, Liam Kaltz, Easton Kulik, Isaiah Kulik and Carter Kulik.
