She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Gildewell and Annie Woods Glidewell; her husband Bill H. Smith; her son Michael Smith; and her siblings, Adell Sis Hays (Frank) and John D. Glidewell (Betty Kate).
She is survived by: her daughter Shauna Adams (Jeff) of Paris, TN; her daughter-in-law Laurie Smith of Murray, KY; her grandchildren, Koie Smith (Mandie), Matt Adams (Candice) of Paris and Chris Adams (Sarah) of Paris; her great grandchildren, Nely Battoe (Seth), Dean Adams and Cash Adams; and her great great grandchild Adaline Battoe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
