He is survived by: his daughter Teressa Herndon Chenoweth of Paris; his grandson William Derek Chenoweth (Dana Burke) of Paris; his great grandchild Aubrey Jade Chenoweth; and his close friends, Ronnie Wimberley, Gary Quillin, Freddie Cole and Jerry Culpepper. He is also survived by family members and friends.
