She was predeceased by: her spouse Cecil B. Browning; her parents, James William Hill and Rosa Jane Brown Hill; and her siblings, Kathryn Browning, Garnett McFarland, Flossie McKee, Opal Brock, AJ Hill, Nathan Hill and Teddy Hill.
She is survived by: her daughter Kenitha Ferguson of Paris; her grandsons, Marc Moore (Brooke) of Puryear, TN and Adam Jackson (Mandi) of Milan, TN; and her great grandchildren, Rian Moore, Alaina Hutson (Justin), Kennedy Jackson and Aden Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of Carnell's years of service as a "Pink Lady", memorials may be made to the Henry County Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary, 301 Tyson Ave., Paris, TN 38242.
