She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray "Pete" Owen and Doris Mikel Owen Williams; her husband Robert Purvis; her brother John E. Owen; her grandchildren, Robert Pierce McCampbell, Jim Houston McCampbell and Kathryn Elizabeth McCampbell; and her nephew Mikel Owen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lora McCampbell (Jim) of Paris and VJ Purvis (Jillian) of Asheville, NC; her granddaughter Kelli McCampbell of Paris; her great grandchildren, Bryson Dean, Briley Dean and Marshall McCampbell; her sister-in-law Betty Sharp of Winchester, VA; and her niece Lisa Springer (Ed).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McEvoy Funeral Home (507 W Washington St, Paris, TN 38242).
