We are sad to announce that, on December 28, 2023, at the age of 92, Charles Edwin Breeding of Paris, Tennessee, born in Holly Grove, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Breeding and Myrtle Norton Breeding; his son Ken Breeding; and his brother Henry Breeding. He is survived by: his wife Lou Boyles Breeding; his daughters, Lori Dial (Brent) of Paris, TN and Gina Fuller (Bart) of Union City, TN; his siblings, Barbara Brossett of Little Rock, AR, Joel Breeding (Ginger) of Mountain View, AR, Jim Breeding (Anita) of Paris, TN and Merle Breeding (Jean) of Sebastian, FL; his grandchildren, Taylor Dial (Katie) and Holly Owens (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Blair Dial and Allie Dial.
