She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Jackson and Fannie Wood Jackson; her husband James E. Underwood; and her sisters, Jo Ann Jackson and Sue Rainey.
She is survived by: her children, Traci Mattingly (Mark) of Clarksville, TN, Doug Underwood of Paris, TN and Hugh Underwood (Amy); her grandchildren, Alyssa Meersma, Katie Taylor (Aaron) and David Mattingly (Caitlyn); and her great grandchildren, James, Daniel, Charlie, Wyatt and Jack. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
