He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin "Slim" and Evelyn Tucker Hastings; and his siblings, Helen Gandini, Mary Sue Payne, Gilbert, George, David Hastings, Bill and Gene Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Hastings; his daughters, Judy Ristucci (Ron) of Paris and Jennifer Crawford (Luke) of Paris; his grandchildren, Tiffany Turner (Blake Jones), Heather Nance (Jeremy Allen), Lacy Watson (Dalton), Brittany Weinzapfel (James), Isabella Phifer (Justin Blankenship), Logan Crawford and John Thomas Crawford; and his siblings, Dorothy Lindsey of Chicago, IL, Larry Hastings (Beverly) of Camden and Bobby Smith (Vicki) of Paris. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
