She was predeceased by: her parents, Athel Bryant "A. B." Cook and Lillie Mae Parker Cook; her son-in-law Gary Coplen; and her siblings, Sylvester Bomar, Ruby Berry and M. J. Maynard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Ann Coplen of Clarksville, TN and Pamela Kay Wallace (Mike) of Paris; her sisters, Shirley Paschall of Nashville, TN and Zannie Earhart (Archie) of Dover, TN; and her grandchildren, Amanda Freeman Mitchell (Tim) of Clarksville, TN, James Jason Freeman (Jo Anne) of Clarksville, TN and Trevor Wayne Wallace of Paris.
