She was predeceased by : her husband Billy Sliger; her parents, Elgin Isaac Parker and Mattie Emily Davis Parker; her daughter Ginger Carol Odom Doughten; and her siblings, Francis Emily Blackwell, Sue Dell Hubbard, Mary Lou Atchison, Larry Elgin Parker, Thomas Joseph Parker and Jesse Darden (Parker, Sr.).

She is survived by : her brother Paul Henry Parker of Camden, TN; her granddaughters, Staci McGrady (Chris) of Paris and Jeni Odom of Knoxville, TN; her great grandchildren, Hunter Brogdon (Ashley), Tyler Brogdon (Kori), Weston Brogdon (Jaryn), Kara Grace Brogdon and Ava McGrady; her great great grandchildren, Maddox Brogdon, Sutton Brogdon, Blair Brogdon and Eli Brogdon; and her son-in-law Gary Doughten.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
