She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvle Taylor and Opal Montgomery Taylor; her husband William Thomas Buie; her children, Diana Buie Walters and Billy Buie; and her brothers, Dancel Taylor, Edgar Taylor and Wendell Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Conger (David) of Paris, TN, David Buie of Paris, TN, Larry Buie of Winter Haven, FL and Danny Buie of Paris, TN; and her siblings, Melvene Crews (Randy) of Dyersburg, TN, Jerry Taylor (Liz) of Paris, TN and Roger Taylor (Ruth) of Paris, TN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Birds Creek Cemetery (2207-2139 Whitlock Rd, Paris, TN 38242).
