He was predeceased by : his father William David Marrs; and his siblings, Pamela Jean Marrs and Johnny Wayne Marrs. He is survived by : his mother Peggy Ann Overcast Miller (Paris); his children, Cheryl Marrs of Paris, Carter Marrs and Caynen Marrs; his sisters, Lona Gail Holifield of Paris, Samantha Jane Ball of Huntingdon, TN and Nancy Carol Singleton of Paris; and his grandchildren, Steven Annis II, Noah Lee James Marrs and Anna Claire Annis.
