He is survived by: his parents, Gary Medlock and Nikki Taylor Hoffman; his siblings, Allison Scott of Braselton, GA, Amber Jackson (Ty) of Smyrna, TN and Hunter Medlock (Addison) of Nashville, TN; his grandfather Joe Taylor of Paris, TN; his niece Kyla Tharpe; his nephews, Adonis Jackson and Kylan Jackson; his aunts, Shannon Waddell of Paris, TN and Trish Medlock of Paris, TN; his uncle Chad Baker (Jinnifer) of Spring Hill, TN; and his cousins, Jeffrey Marshall, Madison Veazey, Katelyn Veazey, Harlee Veazey, Taylor Waddell, Brayden Scott, Kacey Baker, Riley Baker and Regan Baker.
