She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Gaddis; her children, Chandra McGinty (Bodhi) of Arizona, Cherie Wentworth-Book (Dale Book) and James Wentworth (Katie) of White House, TN; her brother Tony McCubbins of San Antonio, TX; and her pets, Shadow, Bingo and Daisy. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
