With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe M. Palmer of Paris, Tennessee, born in Brownsville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Joe's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joe has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayman Palmer and Lura Mae Hussey Palmer; and his brother James Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Ramona Palmer of Paris, Pamela Palmer of Indianapolis, Indiana, David Palmer of Paris and Troy Perry of Mayfield, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Torrean, Shanice, Natalie and Michelle. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
