He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland John Spencer and Beulah Dittoe Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Paula Jackson Spencer; his children, Ami Billman (Curt) of Manassas, VA, Sara Spencer of Macon, MO and Jonathan Spencer (Molly) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Noah Billman, Isaiah Billman, Zachary Wangerin, Blake Wangerin, Madelyn Spencer, Jaxon Spencer, Jonah Spencer, Maylee Spencer, Aaron Esque, Kieleigh Esque, Nevneh Esque, Ashton Thurston and Kiera Hanlon; and his great grandchild Eliana Glasgow.
