He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willoughby and Patricia Burnett Wainscott Willoughby; his daughter Jeanette Allred; his siblings, Regina Owen, Dale Willoughby, Gary Willoughby and Thomas Willoughby; and his brother-in-law Jackie Owen.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Tackett Willoughby; his children, Cheryl Williamson Goode of Paris, TN, Tina Reynolds (John) of Paris, TN, Darlene Williamson of Alabama, Randall Williamson (Tami) of Illinois and Johnny Willoughby, Jr. (Angie Hopkins) of Michigan; his sister Patricia Owen of Paris, TN; his grandchildren, Marshall Marker (Shayna), Emily Reynolds, Kevin Williamson, Kyle Williamson, Kristy Ainsworth, Dylan Williamson, Amanda Williamson, Megan Parrish, Mandy Allred, Annie Allred, Josh Allred, Matt Allred, Brody Allred, Gage Allred and Jennifer Allred; and his son-in-law Marty Allred. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
