She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Clay McDaniel and Blanch Askew McDaniel; her husband Russell G. Evans; her son Johnny Russell Evans; her siblings, Fred McDaniel and Joy Doherty; and her grandson Grant Grissom.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Anthony Evans of Big Sandy, TN, Barbara Evans of Big Sandy, TN and Elaine Grissom (Steve) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Jesslayn Medlock (Jarrod) and Harlee Veazey.
