She was predeceased by: her parents, James Houston Pemberton and Laura Peebles Pemberton; her spouse Prince C. Blackwood; and her son-in-law Gerald "Jerry" Edgman. She is survived by: her children, Janice Edgman of Paris and Gary Blackwood (Connie) of Lexington, TN; her grandchildren, Carrie Dicus (Mark) of Paris, Rebecca Alexander of Paris, Wes Blackwood (Kelly) of Lafayette, TN and Ryan Blackwood (Lauren) of Kenton, TN; and her great grandchildren, Avery Dicus, Rylee, Emilee Alexander, Andrew, Dylan Blackwood and Maebry Blackwood.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
