He is survived by: his mother Shirley Adams; his stepfather Jim Adams of Atoka, TN; his father Mike Simmons; his stepmother Marie Simmons of Piperton, TN; his siblings, Amie Benz (Tim) of Gig Harbor, Washington and Josh Simmons (Sarah) of Paris, TN; his stepsiblings, Jason Greenwood, Parisa Carr and Jeremy Adams; and his nieces and nephews, Dalton Rostvold, Davis Vowell, Aly Simmons, Ella Simmons, Isabel Simmons and Owen Simmons.
