She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meketi and Elizabeth Meketi; and her siblings, Marcia Page, Jack Meketi, David Meketi, Dale Meketi, Laurie Meketi, Mark Meketi and Ronnie Scott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Pechavar of Edgewater, FL and Tom Meketi of Winters, CA.; her children, Kate Rhodes (Ken), Amy Mitchell (Gary) and John Paul Childers (Ashley); her grandchildren, John Michael Rhodes, Landon Rhodes, Brady Mitchell, Greyson Mitchell, Rylan Mitchell, Wyatt Mitchell, Landon Novak, Kyson Novak, Preston Novak, Abigail Childers and John Jacob Childers; and her nephew Drew Meketi.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (1210 E Wood St, Paris, TN 38242). A Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Paula's wit and humor endured even as she battled Alzheimer's disease in her final years.
