He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Lowe and Ruth Harris May; and his sister Cindy Glass. He is survived by: his children, Richard Lowe (Delana) of Waverly, TN, Jeff Wright (Grace) of Olive Branch, MS and Vicky Barham (Ellison) of Independence, MS; his niece Kim Glass; and his pet Otis. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
