She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cadenhead and Mary Amanda Shoffner Cadenhead; her spouse Corie Hires; her daughter Sally Ann LaFreniere (Missy); and her son-in-law Roger Umgelder.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Orville Hires (Mary) of Dyer, IN and Mary Esther Umgelder of Tinley Park, IL; and her son-in-law Jim LaFreniere (Sue) of Cottage Grove, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
