Sandy Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy Carter of Paris, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Howard Pinkston and Elah Webb Pinkston; her husband Larry Carter; and her siblings, Bonnie Bowden, Faye Schrader, Mildred Normand-Vessey and Ben Rhea Pinkston.
She is survived by: her children, Paul H. Russell of Annville, KY, Amanda Fennell of Indianapolis, IN and Eric Carter (Shauna) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Kara Michelle Russell, Austin Blake Medlock and Jameson Carter; her great grandchild Avacyn Medlock; and also Nancy Lassiter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
