He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fells and Lucille Stokes Fells; and his brothers, Roger Fells and Wayne Fells. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lopes Fells; his sons, Trevor Fells (Dawn) of Odenton, MD and Justin Fells of Rochester, WA; and his brother Bill Fells (Debbie) of Pittsburg, CA. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and many friends.
