She is survived by: her children, Tina Marie Medley of Paris, TN and Jeffrey Thomas Lewis (Dawn) of Tecumseh, KS; her grandchildren, Tony Lewis (Tabitha), Ashley Smith (Matt), Emily Lopez (Vincent), Dakota Smith, Christian Lewis, Jake Smith and Amanda Siglow; her great grandchildren, Malcom Smith (Mac), Gabriel Lopez and Daniel Lopez; and her brothers, Jessie Harris (Teresa) and Bobby Harris.
