He is survived by: his brother Bobby King (Nancy) of Russell Springs, KY; his stepchildren, Catherine Beth Sullivan of Ferndale, MI and Michael Shane Burt (Christine Elizabeth Ebel) of Waterford, MI; his stepgrandsons, Lucas Shane Burt and Nicholas Scott Burt; and his friends, Tracy Kilpatrick of Paris and Ronnie King of Nashville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
