He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sherman "Slick" Winsett and Willie Mae Price Winsett; and his grandson Jonny Powell. He is survived by: his children, Misty Swinney (Russ) of Forney, TX and Joel Winsett (Cathy Wood) of Jeffersonville, IN; his significant other Glenda Key of Paris; his brother Don Winsett of Paris; his granddaughter Desiree Powell; his great grandchildren, Brantley Powell, Presley Powell and Kinsley Powell; and his stepson Jamie Mann of Paris.
