She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elta Lewis and Marie Simmons Lewis; her son-in-law Don Enss; and her siblings, Ruth Harris, Evelyn McCord and John F. Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Enss of Murfreesboro, TN, Dana Peyton (Chip) of Haymarket, VA and Wayne Moore of Cookeville, TN; her sister Lavenia Overcast of Cincinnati, OH; and her caregivers, Nicky Harris, Brenda Glisson and Patty Brown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
