She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Johnson; her parents, Vandell Mantooth and Elizabeth Mantooth; and her siblings, Judy Mantooth, Butch, Jerry, J. B, Verlin and Junior Mantooth.
She is survived by: her son Billy "Shorty" Wines (Melissa) of Newport; her grandsons, Brandon Wines (Jessi) of Newport and Jacob Wines (Nikki) of Parrottsville; her great grandchildren, Ty Wines of Newport, Shyanne, Scarlett Wines of Parrottsville and Erica Jones of Greeneville; her sister Susan Mantooth of Maryland; her sister-in-law Joyce Mantooth of Parma Ohio; and her close friend Marylynn Potter of Dandridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Parrottsville Memorial Cemetery (2130 Old Parrottsville Hwy, Parrottsville, TN 37843).
