She was predeceased by: her parents, Millie Kyker and Roy Kyker; and her sister Rowena Kyker. She is survived by: her husband Perry Phillips; her daughters, Melissa Tate (Michael Tate) and Rebekah Fisher (Eric Fisher); and her grandchildren, Hannah and Addison Fisher.
