He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton Ivy and Golden Ivy; and his brothers, Van Ray Ivy and James Coleman Ivy. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Ivy of Parsons, TN; his son Dale Ivy (Kim) of Parsons, TN; his grandchildren, Lynleigh Rianna Butler (Lain) of Selmer, TN and Mason Dale Parker of Lexington, TN; and his great grandchildren, Laken Nicole Funderburk, Emberly Grace Whitlock, Aniston Jean Whitlock, Layton Butler and Lainey Claire Butler.
