He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Mathis (Pat) of Parsons, TN, Ricky Mathis (Yvonne) of Cedar Town, GA and Debbie Qualls (Ronnie) of Linden, TN; his sister-in-law Linda Mathis of Parsons, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Jari Lyn Long, Elizabeth Hinz, Quinn Qualls, Kevin Mathis, Keith Mathis, Benjamin Mathis, Daron Qualls and Alan Qualls.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parsons Mortuary Chapel (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
