She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Kidd and Edith Kidd; her husband Dean E. Hughes, Sr.; her sons, Clarence R., Kenneth and Lowell Hughes; her sister Gladys Helms; and her stepgranddaughter Rebecca Story.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deana Granger (Neal) of Jackson, Marsha Alli, Annette Ford (Glen) of Lexington and Wanda Starrett of Parsons. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
