He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis Ramey, Van Ramey, Wanda McAfee and Lora Russell; his daughter Anita Bell; his grandchildren, Chris Frizzell and Holly Shafer (Lawrence); and his close friends, Billy, Stephanie, Aubrey and Mia Bell. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
