He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Ramey and Douglas Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ramey; his children, James Ramey Jr. and Farrah Ramey; his siblings, Terry Ramey (Tammy), Doug Ramey (Karen), Daryl Ramey (Joy) and Debra Phillips (Craig); and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Ivey, Brayden Ivey, Courtney Maness, Kelsey Manness, Mandy Ramey and Emma Renfroe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parsons Mortuary Chapel (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Trinity Cemetery (1141 S West St, Decaturville, TN 38329).
