He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Pearcy and Curt Pearcy; his son Jason Pearcy; his siblings, James Lawson Pearcy, Paul Ray Pearcy, Bobby Glynn Pearcy and JoAnn Crawley; his granddaughter Hillary Anne Pearcy; and his parents-in-law, Youel and Dee Arrington.

He is survived by: his daughter Jodonna Mathis (Mark) of Parsons, TN; his brother Billy Pearcy of Decaturville, TN; his grandchildren, Danielle Mathis, Gage Mathis, Emmerey Mathis, Ashton Mathis, Caroline Pearcy and John Lawson Pearcy; and the mother of his children Judy K. Pearcy of Parsons, TN.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Parsons Mortuary Chapel (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363).
