He is survived by: his wife Frances Quinn of Decaturville, TN; his children, Tony Quinn (Jennifer) of Parsons, TN, Ty Quinn of Parsons, TN and Tylana Odle (Tim) of Parsons, TN; his stepchildren, Chance Daw of Decaturville, TN, Debbie Foster of Lexington, TN and Gina Crosby of Parsons, TN; his brother Dwight Quinn (Nancy) of Parsons, TN; and his grandchildren, Clayton Quinn, Tori Shaffer (Blake) and Teanna Odle.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Parsons Mortuary Chapel (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A burial will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at the Gibson Cemetery.
