He is survived by : his wife Sharon Rice of Parsons, TN; his children, Michael Rice (Amy) of Willet, NY, Kim Couch of Ocala, FL and Nicki Young (Robert) of Decaturville, TN; and his brother Roger Rice (Doris) of Pitcher, NY. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
