He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howell and Roberta Rebecca Wilkins (Rhodes); and his wife Melba L. Wilkins (Price) of Tyler, Texas.. He is survived by: his children, William Benton Wilkins of Omaha, Nebraska., Karen McClure (Glenn), Amy Pratt (Randy Redden) and Mark Lewis (Shanda). He is also survived by survived by Mrs. Linda's 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
