She is survived by: her children, Lesara McKinney (Robert), Machel Higgs, Misty Dawn Higgs (Brian Gregory) and Mandy Gail Higgs; and her siblings, Mike Hovater (Deborah), Myra Thomas and Lori Hanvy. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
