He is survived by: his wife Kathy Womack; his children, Chad Womack, Dianna Berndt (Dave), Sarah Womack and Emily Haynes (Jesse); his stepchildren, Brandy Weddington and Shilo Myers; his sisters, Faye Desiderio (Juan) and Joyce Meeks; and his close friend Judy Davenport. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
