She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Y. Lively (A. Y.); her parents, Ralph Seiber and Elsie Seiber; her sister Mary Sewell; her son Jerry Lively; and her niece Jeanie Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lively (Stephanie) and Amy Breeden (Matt); her sisters, Margaret Crowe (Tony) and Trula Seiber; and her grandchildren, Tabatha Lively, Kristen Lively, Rylan Lively, Max Breeden and Leslie Lively Campbell (Everett). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and loving family members and friends.
