He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lankford; his sister Mary Sweatman of Caryville; his stepchildren, Wesley Chapman and Rhonda Chapman; his stepgranddaughters, Vera Stephensky (Austin) and Bree Anne Conard (Matthew); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carmen Stephensky, Evin, Rosy and Michael Conard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Chapel (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A graveside service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery (1057 Oak Grove Rd, Madisonville, TN 37354).
